Getting measured is fast and foolproof. You can either take your measurements at home in under 10 minutes using our guided video tools, or book a free 1-on-1 appointment at any of our showrooms across North America. A professional Style Guide will take your measurements and build your personalized measurement profile, which saves to your account for effortless future orders.

If your garments arrive and they don't seem to fit quite right, we're happy to work with you to provide alterations when necessary. Simply contact our Customer Experience team within 14 days after receiving your order and we will guide you through the process. Alternatively, our showrooms can also assist with any fit-related concerns. Please keep the swing tags attached to your garments and visit your local showroom within the 14-day timeframe by scheduling a Final Look appointment. After the 14-day period, claims cannot be accepted.

During the customization process, you’ll be able to choose from a wide range of options, including lapel style, pocket configuration, buttons, vents, and more. We also offer unique complimentary touches such as 40-character monogramming, contrasting collar felts, and premium lining selections. All of these features are included at no extra cost, so you can personalize your suit without worrying about hidden fees.

Once you complete your order, and if there are no garment measurement reviews necessary or payment delays, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible via our delivery partner DHL with an overall timeline of 2-3 weeks from purchase to arrival. \\ Orders placed during or shortly following the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale and Lunar New Year may experience longer production times.

We’re glad to hear that you're thinking about INDOCHINO for your big day. Our suits are produced, shipped, and delivered in 2-3 weeks. To avoid stress, we always recommend placing your order well in advance of the wedding date, or departure date (if for a destination wedding).

Yes, after you've placed your order online, you can personalize your garments and measurements by either getting professionally measured by our experts at a showroom or by measuring yourself and uploading your measurements to your online measurement profile.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of custom garments, we do not accept returns nor offer refunds. If there is any issue related to the quality or fabrication of your garments, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 14 days after receiving your order for assistance. Alternatively, you can bring the garment to any of our Showrooms. Once you have contacted our Customer Experience team or showroom within 14 days of the garment's arrival, we will be able to assist with alterations as outlined by the Fit Help page.
